Treatment Philosophy
Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be both challenging and rewarding. Teagan works collaboratively with individuals, couples and families; guiding them through their process with empathy and respect. Teagan’s goal is to empower individuals to tap into their inherent strengths; promoting resilience, autonomy, and the strengthening of coping skills for life’s various challenges. Teagan is dedicated to tailoring her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client, recognizing the importance of individualized care in promoting lasting change. Teagan is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable therapeutic space, where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and understood.
Through a person-centered lens, Teagan strives to provide a supportive space for exploration, understanding, and growth. Teagan is proficient in collaborating with clients from a broad range of cultural backgrounds, including but not limited to ethnicity, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation to help navigate challenges among anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem/exploration, and various life transitions.

Professional Experience
Teagan began her clinical training at Clinica Sierra Vista serving diverse populations within community mental health. Working with children, individuals and various family dynamics influenced by unique cultural, social, and individual factors. Teagan has received extensive training at her time there, some of which include: Helping to Support Children and Adolescents in the Grieving Process, PCIT for Traumatized Children, Trauma Focused – CBT, Social Media and Behavioral Health.
Personal Life
Teagan enjoys game nights with family and friends. Her other interests include baking, traveling, and picking up new creative hobbies. Teagan has immense love for her pet cats and getting new tattoos.
