Treatment Philosophy
Lulu is committed to helping you live successfully and believes you are the expert in your own life. Lulu truly cares for all her clients and works diligently to help them find the answers they seek. She has worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
Lulu is passionate about exploring what tools work best for you and using those tools to help you achieve your goals. She uses an empathic person-centered approach and believes change and positive outcomes occur through an authentic, collaborative, and trusting environment. Her diverse experience includes working with individuals, couples, and adolescents from all different cultural, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds including (but not limited to): ADHD, anxiety, stress, complex trauma, insomnia/sleep issues, self-esteem, relationship issues.

M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University (2021)
B.A. in Psychology from Rollins College (2014)
Professional Experience
Lulu began her clinical training at Los Angeles City College counseling center. During her time there, she provided psychotherapy to adults of all cultures and backgrounds struggling with various issues. Lulu is trained in CBT for Anxiety Disorders by Beck Institute.
Personal Life
Lulu loves spending time with her husky at home, on walks and in nature. Her other interest include reading, trying new recipes, and being physically active. Lulu is an avid hiker and recently summited Mt. Whitney—the highest mountain in the contiguous United States.
