Treatment Philosophy
Audrey is deeply passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate life’s ups and downs. With a background rooted in faith, she has a deep understanding of the diverse experiences that teens and young adults go through. Audrey believes that no matter where you come from or what you believe, therapy should be a place where you feel supported, heard, and empowered to grow.
Audrey uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to explore patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may hold us back from reaching our full potential. She incorporates Narrative Therapy and appreciates the ability it has to help individuals reframe and rewrite the stories they’ve been carrying–so they can move forward with clarity, purpose, and self-compassion. Audrey’s approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to each client’s well-being. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space where healing and growth can thrive, ensuring each client receives the individualized care they need.
Education
M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (2024)

Professional Experience
Audrey began her clinical training at Beyond Blindness, working with individuals who are blind. She helped them overcome practical challenges such as learning to walk with a cane and managing the frustrations that come with adapting to a world that may not always be designed for their needs. Audrey worked with clients to address not only the emotional and psychological aspects of blindness but also the everyday hurdles they face. She has also supported individuals with autism, OCD, depression, anxiety, and trauma, helping them develop coping strategies and build fulfilling lives.
Audrey has worked with clients from various backgrounds and faiths, recognizing that everyone’s story is different. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, or faith, she is here to support you in a way that aligns with who you are and where you want to go in life.
Personal Life
Outside of therapy, Audrey finds a lot of joy in the simple things. She loves hiking, fishing, and watching college football. She also enjoys trying new cultural dishes and experimenting in the kitchen; cooking is one of her favorite ways to unwind and be creative.
